The best disc golf cart for long, rough courses
Disc golf gear is heavier than people admit. Twenty-plus discs, water, a towel and a jacket on one shoulder over two miles of wooded terrain is why rounds end early. A four-wheel cart takes all of it and rolls over roots and grass without tipping.
What to look for in a disc golf cart
Four wheels, not two. Courses are unpaved and uneven. Four wheels stay upright when one drops into a rut.
Bag fit. The cart should hold a disc bag securely without straps you have to re-tie at every tee.
Folded size. If it does not fit in a normal car boot alongside the bag, it stays home.
Gear storage. Drinks, mini markers, towels and snacks within reach beats digging through the bag between throws.

If you carry more than about 15 discs plus water, yes. A loaded disc bag on one shoulder is what makes long wooded rounds hurt. A cart also gives you somewhere to keep drinks, towels and markers within reach.
